The aim is to ensure that training is the catalyst for behavioural change, going beyond knowledge transfer to empower learners professionally. Key insights include shorter, focused learning sessions with emphasis on learner engagement, practice, rehearsal, reflection, and practical application. Integration of coaching and mentoring which can revolutionize and impact training programs.
