Synopsis

Young people with disability deserve the right to equality in all aspects of life including vocational pathways, employment and future directions. Young people with disability are faced with many challenges and moving into employment and access to vocational pathways is a significant hurdle. There is much evidence that
indicates employment opportunities for young people with disability are limited. It is critical to advance the inclusion of these young people so that they can be confident and contributing members of our society.
